"Solid hotel - check in process great using self check in and out - only two areas of improvement - hotel toiletries supplied were horrible - bring your own shampoo and soap Pool is lovely but the DJ is so loud you can not hear anyone. - placed noise canceling pods in to be able to read at the pool "

"Was in town for a work event and Sunset Station is always a convenient option with its proximity to my office. The restaurants and casino are clean and updated, but the rooms could use some love. They just feel dark and dated (even though I’ve been told they’ve been recently updated…looks the same as the last time I stayed there in 2024). The bathrooms have plenty of space, but there’s some rust in the old tubs, shower heads can’t be adjusted and are semi-clogged in the water holes (spraying in different directions, but I get it cause the water does that all over Vegas), the wall mounted hair dryers are rough to use (travelled internationally the day I checked out, so didn’t bring my own). Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Gym is great with a few machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Overall good stay, good price & location, rooms just need some love to modernize and brighten up a bit."

"This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The property is loud, smells heavily of smoke, and falsely advertises breakfast that is not available. To make matters worse, there were no blankets on the bed, which made it extremely uncomfortable to even sleep. This place does not meet even basic standards, and I would not recommend it to anyone."
