「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」

「After checking in, we were assigned to a room that has a dirty bathroom with left over stuff from the previous guests. We were moved to another room with no towels, I still have to go down again to the reception area and asked for towels. And the toilet flush handle was broken, so inconvenient!」

I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. 「The doors are never locked even though there are signs on the back and side doors saying they are locked for security reasons. They charge $50/dog. However, they could provide decent dog poop bags. Breakfast was meh, no bananas, just a few very old apples.」
