「We were assigned a room that was currently occupied」

「We just stopped for the night on the way to HHI. The hotel is new, updated, our room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the glass shower door kept sliding open on the track.」

「All of the staff were extremely helpful especially Anna and Teresa. The Breakfast buffet was very good, and you also had the option of ordering off the menu. All food was very good even the dinner which we enjoyed twice on the property. Any problems (which were minimal) were addressed immediately. My only issue was it is advertised as within a mile of shops & restaurants (which is true) however we did not have a car, and it is not walkable from the hotel. No sidewalks. So taking an Uber...

「This is an older hotel but I must say it’s very clean inside. I had no issues whatsoever with our room, clean all around, comfortable bedding. Nice work area. The breakfast was not great, eggs were not eggs but the bacon was good. Just small selection, less than I anticipated. This hotel was a Perfect value for the money!」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve checked into. We didn’t even unpack. Immediately took the kids and left. The dead bolt was busted off the door which is not safe and raises concerns about what happened in there. Paint was chipped off all over the place. There were obvious mold spots on the lamps. Totally unsafe and unclean. Do not waste your money. Stay somewhere else. Tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t even connected to make a call.」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「Worst stay at this property ever. My booked room was not honored; did not get a room until half an hour later; malfunctioned TV, microwave, and poor internet signal were deadly. But a hot water bath, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning gave me a very comfortable long sleep such that I had plenty of energy to continue my trip next day.」

「I was concerned about booking a hotel at this price but prior reviews said it was clean. It was very clean, convenient, and a nice staff. The pool is closed permanently but the room was well equipped and a convenient location for a night or two. It was very quiet during our one night stay. We used it as a place to extend our trip since we could not check in to our condo until the next day. Worked out great for us! Would do that again. 」
