New York visits Blufton

We have been to this hotel many times. and it never disappoints. I want to give a shout out to Carly at the front desk. She went over and above to help us with everything we needed. She’s the perfect person to have at the front desk to welcome people. She was so friendly and outgoing. We will be back and we will be staying there again. Okatie Ale House is a short walk from the hotel and it’s an awesome place. Great food, great people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a tough time of the year. It’s been hot and very humid and when we entered our room, it had a musty smell. Not overwhelming, but still there. Otherwise we’d like the staff, they’re helpfulness and the way the room was appointed.

The staff at the property were extremely nice and helpful. Great location to Bluffton and easy to locate. However the condition of the property was disappointing. The linens were clean, but it’s time for a renovation.

The elevator went out and was not fixed until sometime in the evening, resulting in steps to the 4th floor.
