Staff were very friendly! Room was big & welcoming. Breakfast was better than other hotels in the area we have stayed at. Only complaint we have is that it seems all of the doors are pretty heavy & slam/clunk when opening/closing. Other than that no complaints at all!

The staff truly made my stay! Shayna in the kitchen was amazing. She made sure that myself and every other guest I saw her interacting with, wanted for nothing. The front desk staff both morning and overnight, were courteous and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is the wifi connection was spotty at times. Made streaming tedious at times.

This hotel was horrible believe tone having prostitution going in the room next to us 103 I went to the front office to let them know what was going on only for him PAUL to tell me that he don’t know what to tell me are what I wanted him to do about it at this point I think he maybe had a cut in on the action !! I told him that there was loud sexual noise slamming doors every twenty to thirty minutes you I can hear the door slam after they was done then the side door slam … them twenty to thirty minute after that you hear the sexual loud noise of screaming and moaning so he said he check the cameras and all he saw was one person that he let in the side door so after I went to the front desk about ten minutes latter here it goes again so I called the front desk only for him to tell me that he was going to call them to tell them to quite down some 😳so I asked to be moved cause me and my husband had a long drive back to Louisiana and we needed to get some rest well he told me that he was sorry cause they was completely booked about Two hours later here it go again this was the most horrific stay I ever had in my life not to mention room was full of hair in the bathroom and on the bath towel DONT RECOMMEND THOS HELL EVER !!! Tired emailing the hotel director emIl don’t work so I’m taking things further we deserve a refund r some kind of compensation!!!

First off, this hotel is NOT A HILTON hotel. It is managed by a company called "GF Hotels & Resorts". Their website is gfhotels.com and you can go get their contact information and tell them how you feel about the place. The rooms feel neglected and need serious upgrading. Carpeting was deplorable. One spot had a disgusting patch glued down that did not match the rest of the carpet. We were so grossed out about the carpet we used towels to cover areas of the carpet so we did not have to walk on it. Grout in shower was peeling off everwhere. Sheetrock was exposed in certain areas. Bathroom vent fan barely worked and there were signs of moisture damage everywhere on the ceiling of the bathroom. Very unpleasant smell coming from HVAC wall unit when blowing regular air so we had to keep the AC going the whole time. The wall HVAC unit was beyond whipped. Front casing was falling off and high fan option did not work. One bed had the appropriate mattress cover under the sheets the other bed did not. Staff was decent and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was about a 2 out of 5. Best thing was the coffee.

Room was not cleaned and it looked like someone was still using it Front desk person offered a refund but I said it was unacceptable do to the fact it was almost 10pm at night so she looked again and said she has a room she ran to check if room was okay she said it was and gave us the room when we got into room we found ROACHES running around desk and tv we went back to front desk asked for a refund and left. We went to 3other hotels before we got a room.

The room hasn’t been checked. It was dusty and dirty. I would not walk on carpet barefoot or with socks. Also the cheap flooring in the room was slippery with whatever they cleaned it with. The hallway heading to the room smelled of sweat. I would not recommend this hotel. The guest services (front desk) were very pleasant but I know they don’t handle the room cleanliness.

Room was in fine condition. Everything worked. Staff gets 5 stars for friendliness. Room had a kind of strange smell - probably the kind of cleaning solution they use. Breakfast was good. Good for an overnight stop.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and the cleanliness of this establishment. Professional and courteous and always a positive attitude. The 24hr gym and hot breakfast were definitely a plus as well!
