「Staff was friendly enough. LOVED the ladies who ran the breakfast every morning. The mattress was very firm which we love, but it's not everybody's cup of tea. Unfortunately, our room wasn't super clean when we arrived (stain on the underside of the comforter). We stayed 3 nights and didn't get housekeeping into the room one time. We figured maybe our timing was off, so we texted the front desk and explicitly asked for houeskeeping to come while we would be out. When we got back a few hours...
