Room was clean and not too loud, staff wasn’t there friendliest at checkout

We stayed here for one night while we attended an Indiana Fever game. This location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is lovely, the service is excellent, the rooms were beautiful and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic...especially when enjoyed from the outdoors patio overlooking the street and the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and especially for anyone attending a basketball game. You cannot get a better location!

A pleasant stay at Fountainview Inn, great location, fun roof top and bowling, friendly staff. Felt safe most importantly.

Would have liked there to be a sign that says the lobby is on the 2nd floor. And also would have appreciated the parking garage to have a sign specifically saying it was for the hotel. We drove right past it to the front of the hotel. Walked inside and couldn’t use the elevator unless you have a key card. Yet I have to go to the 2nd floor to check in to get a key card. That right there was the most inconvenient part. Had to go back out, drive around the whole block again and go back into the parking garage. From there, everything was smooth. Although if you’re on a high floor, expect to stop at almost every floor on your way down. Room was mostly clean. Spots were left dirty. Overall it worked out because it was right across the street from the fever game. It was loud at night, but it didn’t bother me. At breakfast they seemed to run out of stocking things up. Had to wait for plates and forks. Most items were taken and not refilled. Might need better timing management for a crowded hotel.

Great location in the downtown area. Wish there was better parking (or at a reduced rate than $53/day.
