"Dinner with locally raised beef (3 flavors to select prior to your stay) and buffet is served at 5:30 and 7:30 pm daily. Buffet breakfast is also of high quality. But you can explore neighboring restaurants and cafes since the hotel’s location is so convenient. There is a washer-dryer in our room that feels like at home. The guest floors (total 5) have small exhibition places to showcase local traditional craft works."

"Perfectly located in town for sightseeing as it is right next to the train station and bus terminal! There’s restaurants and grocery store near by to buy food and cook! Also love the washer/dryee, it’s so convenient to have one in the room (family apartment) and very quiet when it runs!"

"I enjoyed the breakfast! It was one of the best breakfast so far. It had lots of choices from traditional Japanese to western choices. I appreciated it learning and tasting the Japanese breakfast as I am here to do so. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished we had a better view of the city but we got the wall and roof of the building next to us. I like that it was very close to the bus station and that we were able to leave our luggage before we checked in so we could explore the city. The staff was very helpful in providing us with information. They were also very friendly and polite. The staff is what makes a hotel experience excellent!"

"From the very start to the very finish of our stay, my family and I felt so very welcomed. The hotel was extremely clean and orderly. This particular hotel is very cozy. The onsen bath/ ofuro was extremely relaxing, clean, and refreshing. The staff are above and beyond professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel after a long day of hiking and sightseeing."
