Great location for the hotel to see both the Shinhotaka ropeway and the Kamikochi park. Inside it was clean, quiet and, of course, great private onsens. 2 indoor and 1 outdoor. Water was very hot, but relaxing. Will definitely book again if we're back here

Unforgettable stay
Room is spacious and i just love the whole Japanese setting. The room comes with a fantastic view.
We stayed here two nights while traveling to kamikochi and shinhotoka ropeway, the staff were super sweet and spoke English and Japanese! There is no restaurant on the property but they have a map of a few within walking distance! The Onsens were so nice, and the rooms were so clean! Would definitely stay again!

Fine building and clean room with good hospitality of the staffs. However, since only two showers are available, it is a little difficult to enjoy hot spring.
スタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で良かったです。お部屋もきれいで和室が好きな私にとっては最高でした。貸し切りのお風呂も複数あり、内風呂も露天風呂も最高でした。おすすめです。
The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and perfect for me as I love Japanese-style rooms. There were multiple private baths, and both the indoor and outdoor baths were great. I recommend it.
Their room is clean typical ryokan style. They have three onsen bathrooms, you can use them as private.

Good stay and my second time at this hotel. Only downside is that there is no other facility provided in this hotel. Mainly stay and onsen. Feel kind of lost whenever I am at this hotel.
