「Malgré sa situation proche de Syracuse, le très bon accueil et la magnifique piscine très bien entretenue, cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Chambre correcte mais sombre et peu spacieuse, salle de bains très simple avec cabine de douche étroite. Pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire. Heureusement nous avons pris une supérieure avec terrasse, qui nous a permis d'avoir plus d'espace et de lumière. Bon petit déjeuner. La dame qui s'en occupe fait ce qu'elle peut avec les moyens qu'elle a et...

「Okay, this could be one of the cutest and coolest places we have ever stayed. The staff was amazing and the location was great. Really loved the small elevator to get to our fantastic room with a little view of the Mediterranean . From this hotel you can go anywhere. CHARMING!」

「Palazzo Del Sale is a gem. Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly, as were his staff and dog Gigi. At check in we were treated to a cappuchino before Giovanni helped us with our bags up to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy walking around beautiful Ortigia. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and having the patio just outside our door an added bonus. I highly recommend the Palazzo Del Sale and look forward to visiting again. 」
