「Second stay and really like this place. Great Staff good rooms and breakfast. A great location for walking to old town.」

「Amazing stay!」

「Bell Hotel is absolutely beautiful, old charm and Spanish style is timeless, feels like you have your own villa. I plan to stay here again」

「Small property, lots of bright colours and decorations. The staff were very friendly, and attentive. The pool and sun beds were outstanding. Definitely would stay here again.」

「The location was great and the view was beauitful!」

「Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay.」

「I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.」

「Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites. My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again.」

「Loved it great location and staff was very nice I think the pictures are nice but it looks better in person rooftop pool was also very nice」

「The view was really nice, the room clean, nice and cold. Also friendly staff…but there are too many stairs and the pool is just a hot tub.」

「Everyone there are so helpful and great hosting people.. love it and I will ne back soon. Gracias a todos los trabajadores profecionales todos son magnifos.」

「Great location. Clean room. Easy check in.」

「After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views. We will definitely be back!」
