"We really Enjoyed our stay at Los Arcos! We had a balcony it was large & breathtaking! Everyplace so close especially the Beach!! Perfect location! The employees were awesome! Alfredo the bell man friendly & informative, Maribel our housekeeper was very attentive! I also had a massage at the spa Belen was exceptional not my 1st rodeo but honestly one of the Best massages ever!!! I Would definitely recommend staying there & looking forward to coming back!...."

"This property seems too little but it’s not rooms are pretty good and clean. May not be the best in luxury but does the job. we have stayed in expensive hotels and really I don’t see too much difference. it is very convenient one can go anywhere from there. To the seafront /malecon (literally two blocks) the mercadito almost in front, three blocks to the city center. The breakfast is decent and to be honest is like any other place and in this hotel the BK is included. We visited other BK places but unless is authentic Mexican then is good otherwise the same breakfast anywhere else is very expensive. One can enjoy the jacuzzi in the fourth floor. The elevator itself very little but your luggage can go up with no issues. I definitely if I can stay over again."

"The staff were so incredible. We loved everyone here. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and there did seem to be an ant problem but we did not bring it to the staffs attention. It didn’t impact our stay much but that’s why we gave lower scores in those areas. Aside from that we will most definitely be returning. We had a blast."

"Bellview is absolutely excellent! Front desk - Emanuel is friendly, helpful and kind. The view is amazing from anywhere you stand. We had a patio to drink our coffee in the morning and sip our tequila in the evening. It was not crowded this time of year so we had the whole place to our selves. The pool has a view of the ocean and church towers. We received a free welcome juice. The Capella restaurant is beautiful and dinner was very good. Strolling violinists added to the dinner. Our room had free coffee and water. Mini fridge was stocked if desired. Add breakfast to your booking because it is complete with fruit, fresh juices, pan cakes, meat, eggs and coffee. It was amazing!!!! We feel in love with this small boutique hotel in city center near the church and malecón."
