「We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...

「We were greeted with smiles and a very helpful bellboy. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were in need of pesos and wanted to get the best rate so one of the front desk staff thoroughly explained how to get to the nearest bank. The breakfast and service staff were so friendly and polite.」

「Magnifique petit hotel pour héberger au coeur de centre historique de Puerto Vallarta. La terrasse sur le toit est fabuleuse, en effet. Le petit déjeuner santé, parfois en quantité insuffisante selon le nombre de clients, est excellent. On y retournerait certainement.」

「Es la primera vez que califico todo como excelente, las habitaciones son muy limpias el colchon muy comodo pero sobre todo el personal es muy amable las 3 personas en recepción siempre estuvieron para aclarar dudas llegamos antes y nos guardaron las maletas, el desayuno me parecio un precio justo por la vista al rio y con un buen sabor, es centrico si bien la calle no es la mejor si es muy tranquilo y a 4 calles de el malecon, hay tiendas cerca y un mercado y el jacuzzi sin costo extra con vista...

「Al llegar al hotel, la recepcionista super atenta, los de limpieza amables, en el piso donde me asignaron la habitacion habia mucha tranquilidad, lo unico es que este atento el portero porque tardo mucho en abrir la puerta despues de las11:30pm, aunque habia varios timbres no hubo respuesta, llame a recepción para poder ingresar, eramos mas de 8 personas queriendo ingresar al hotel. Sion duda volveria a hospedarme.」
