"Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. "The room was well equipped and clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly."

"We stayed in a family room and to be honest it was completely run down. There were water stains on the walls which looked like there was a leak. Only 2 out of 4 of the lights worked. And the 2 that did had different coloured bulbs in. The bathroom was clean however the bath panel was awful and needed replacing and the shower was a nightmare to try and work. The room overall really needs updating. We felt like because it was a family room it had just been out at the back of the hotel and neglected. Breakfast was okay. They had our jam out instead of ketchup and the eggs were very greasy. We wouldn’t return which is such a shame as the hotel itself looks lovely as soon as you walk in."

"The car park out front is tiny and open to shoppers so couldn't park without moving the outside tables to make space, check in took 30 mins and they asked to see my driving licience, never been asked that before in all the hotels I've stayed at, room was dirty and visable crumbs all over the floor, didn't mention it as when I booked I was told it was the last room available, didnt risk eating there so popped over to subway, 100% wont be going back there"

"Stayed here over the weekend and what a fabulous venue. From the very first moment to the last, it was perfect. The owner was very accomadating and the cleaner was a wonderful lady. The place was spotless, the hot tub was brilliant and the property was beautiful and modern. Will definitely be returning!"
