"Clean and friendly, easy stop off I81"

"I did not stay for business and did not pay any attention to business related amenities."

"Stayed only one night due to properties' closeness to the hospital. Room served its purpose, was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the room fronted a busy (noisy) highway which impacted our sleep. But, we lived through it. Check-in was easy and quick; served by a pleasant young lady (Caroline)."

"Room was clean with a nice size television. There were two sinks in the room which was great. The restaurant is under renovation so we couldn’t eat breakfast, but the hotel did provide a complimentary grab and go breakfast which was greatly appreciated. "

"Room was small but fine for 1 person who was only there to sleep. Unfortunately the neighbors next door had me up til 2am the first night. Staff was extremely helpful to move me to a different room for my 2nd night. Unfortunately the 2nd room had lights that didn't work- over the desk and one in the bathroom. And when the shower was on, it screeched loudly."

"A/C worked, room clean. Bathroom was clean but could use a coat of paint. Elevator needed a good cleaning. Didnt use gym or pool. Breakfast was okay, could use gluten free pastry/bread options."

"All essentials in a looking new crisp clean state. Spacious room. My highlight was the good hot shower with nice water pressure. Let me also add great location, withlots of food choices close by and close to V tech, which was the purpose of our visit. "

"Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Rust in the tub. Tub floor also looked very dingy. We put a hand towel in the tub to stand on in order to not be grossed out. Multiple hairs in one of the beds. My daughter didn’t want to sleep in the bed because we weren’t positive the sheets had been cleaned. Gross. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very very friendly. Front desk staff deserve 5 stars. "
