「Very comfortable and right at the foot of the gondola. Not to worry the gondola is quiet, can’t hear it in the room. The continental breakfast was average and they could find a better coffee brand. Overall I would absolutely recommend , the staff was lovely too !」

「Beautiful setting! Walking distance into town. Super quiet rooms. Comfortable beds and nice decor in the room. The lady checking us in was super friendly and helpful with information about the area. There is a walk alongside the river just behind the hotel, beautiful scenery. 」

「The staff was excellent and went well beyond our expectations. Great location close to the river and the heart of town. Breakfast was very good both days we were there. We would highly recommend this B&B. It will be our first choice for our next visit to Ouray, CO.」

「Overall it was a really enjoyable stay at the Matterhorn. It was quiet, the rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The only thing I think prospective visitors need to know is that while it is a resort town, it looked like there was only one bar open past 10pm. All the other shops/restaurants close around 9pm or so. Other than that, the stay was amazing and the mountain views were absolutely stunning!」
