"The area around the property is magnificent.
The property itself is very nice.
The owner was very friendly and helpful.
The only concern I have is in regard to safety in case of a fire. The amenities are upstairs and the stairs are quite narrow. An older person would have extreme difficulty getting down and the windows do not appear to be an option.
Maybe there were other options but I didn’t see any.

"Lovely breakfast. Staff helpful and generally friendly. Did ask for room service the second day of our stay but this did not happen. Was corrected later in the day."

"Lovely area, friendly staff. Rooms a fair size but a little tired, could do with some TLC. Breakfast ok, came fairly quickly but again have had better. "

"Nice room, separate from the pub. Room was tired and needed a more thorough clean-lots of rubbish under the bed and bedspread had some suspicious stains on it. Staff were really friendly and kind, breakfast was really nice but quite small! Lots of parking available! "
