「Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

「The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly.」

「The staff were very friendly on check in and the room was beautifully appointed with freshly made cookies on our tea tray to greet us - the tea tray itself had plenty of choice and lots of coffee pods, not just one or two that you often get at other places. The downsides were that it was ridiculously hot when we stayed and the maid had left our curtains open so the room was like an inferno. There was no aircon but there were tower fans in the wardrobe - had to be grateful for small mercies!...

「We had a lovely meal in the restaurant but unfortunately the stay was less impressive. Having booked a room for 3 it was set up for 2 with just 2 towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 1 tea bag. At breakfast we waited 50 minutes for our cooked breakfast with no apology or explanation. When it finally arrived we asked if we could have some toast with it only to be told that they do not do toast with the English Breakfast! The tea was lukewarm and had to be returned and the 'fresh' orange juice was...
