10/10 Excellent
"We stayed from June 14 to June 19 2026. We had two corner room suites that were spacious with views. We enjoyed the large in room tubs to soak at night and the breakfast buffet had us ready to tackle Hokkaido each morning. Having a Family Mart in the lobby and a Lawsons around the corner was convenient. Cons: The hotel was renovated just last year but the carpets in both rooms had noticeable stains. The hotel has only 3 washer/dryers and for a hotel its size it was a struggle to get a chance to use them. (We stalked the room television displaying its use/availability). It was also inconvenient that their front desk closed and that you had call from their landline to get a hold of someone during certain hours of the night/early morning."
