"Overall, we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room felt clean and quite spacious for two people. The shower was comfortable, and the in-room amenities were good quality. Just two minor notes regarding the bed - the mattress was a little too soft for us, and I could occasionally feel the springs while sleeping. The pillows were also more like couch-style pillows, which were not the most comfortable for sleeping. That said, we still enjoyed our two-night stay in Rotterdam. I would happily stay here again if visiting the city and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"
