Amazing facilities and staff. They thought about everything including free teas/coffees in the reception area and storage facilities for your luggage. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything you need. Very conveniently located right opposite the main train station. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Rotterdam in the future.

The Hotel itself was in a great location, very close to Rotterdam train station, trams and busroutes. The room was fantastic, roomy and clean, plus we had a great view. Staff were all very friendly and professional. It would be helpful if there were instructions in the laundry room for running the washing machine and the dryer - as these have numerous options for different types of laundry. Is there a cycle that works for all laundry types?

Fabulous place to stay. Clean spacious two room plus bathroom. Enough space to work, relax and sleep. Small kitchen with stove top, microwave and dishwasher and fridge. Perfect for a week’s stay. Opposite Centraal so close to everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

After a longhaul flight we stayed for 2 nights before embarking on a cruise. The property is very close to the main railway station and a short walk to the town center, shopping and markets. The apartment was clean ,spacious and well equipped. The staff very friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The staff at Premier Suites went above and beyond to arrange for fizz and chocolates to be in the room when we arrived on my husband's birthday. The room itself was stunning and I could happily stay there for a long time. The only negative was that there was some serious demolition work happening nextdoor which we weren't warned about in advance and disrupted our stay.

Good hotel, good location - scamming staff?

Overall decent hotel with a good location. Had prepaid my stay through Hotels.com, which was confirmed on check in when I paid the city taxes. When checking out this was suddenly not enouh, and they wanted «just another» 20 euro. Unfortunately left a very bad impression upon leaving, so will not return if this is how they do business.
