"They are rebuilding the hotel but I think the contractors hit a hot water line and did not repair it leaving the guest with no hot water all night instead of calling a plumber to repair it that night. Poor management i will not ever stay there again. Also no ice machines working on our floor."

"We picked this hotel because it's on I-10 (our route) and for the pool. However, the pool was closed for maint. when we got there (storms earlier in the week). We would have found another place but decided to stay anyway because the receptionist was great! She called a neighboring hotel to see if we could use their pool for a dip instead. Clean room, quiet, friendly staff and a good night's sleep. No complaints."
