「Really low level accommodations. I was lulled into a sense of security by the one night price of $230. I figured it had to be acceptable at that price. Turns out our tickets to Jack Johnson coincided with the country’s largest motorcycle rally driving up all the lodging prices in the area. Room was not well maintained. Sheets did look laundered but they were so wrinkled it was disturbing. Like maybe they were damp when put back on the bed? Bathroom door stuck and was damaged. The bathroom sink...

「Continental breakfast was inconsistent from one day to the next. But staff was friendly and the place was clean but in need of a bit repair here and there.」

「Very unclean and old. Our sheets had many runs in them. Floors dirty, room smelled. Just not a pleasant stay at all.」

「The hallways were filthy, never appeared to be vacuumed. There was also an Oder thru out the building, difficult to recognize. There was also an Oder in the room when we first checked in. Parking lot was full of sand and debris, not regularly cleaned. Satellite TV was just ok, not many options. Breakfast options were Good. Would like to see it cleaned up a bit for a return trip. Staff was Friendly.」

「There is no elevator to the 2nd which would've been nice to know since we had a lot of heavy luggage to carry up. If it was readily available information, we could've requested a 1st floor room. This is the only reason for an overall rating of 4 stars. Otherwise this was a very nice place to stay and the breakfast on the morning was great.」

「The only thing positive I can say was that the people working at the front desk were kind. My room smelled strongly of smoke (in a supposedly non-smoking hotel), and they didn’t have another room available to move me to. Their solution was to spray the room with floral sanitizer spray, and not refund me. They said they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and not through them directly. Also, the room was freezing (even after turning the air off), the shower head was not working...

「This would be a perfect stay if it wasn’t raining and nasty outside. If your going to stay here your gonna wanna be able to use the outside amenities. It was raining so we couldn’t… the room was very basic.. but super clean…」

「Absolutely stunning property! The only small hiccups were that there wasn’t someone actually stationed at the front desk at all times. Anytime I passed or went up to it, they were doing other things (work related like down at the door or elevator) that took them away from it. So I would stand around looking like hello anyone here?
