This place has made a huge transformation! My last visit 8yrs ago was horrible, it was a haven for drugs, prostitution and all sorts of bad things the rooms were awful. But my family and I recently visited and the rooms were amazing! Very spacious and very clean. Staff was great! Outside was always clean and they even added a water fountain out front and the landscape was nice as well. I definitely recommend them.

Great accommodations at Econo-Lodge in Manchester, N.H.; nice clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, cozy room, tidy and nice furnishings. Unique and interesting conversion from a factory building into a fine hotel. Worth a future stay while in the Manchester area.

Room had one small baseboard style heater that was off when I arrived. The room was around 30 degrees. Even after turning the heat on, 3 hours later it was still cold. The bathroom apparently had no heat and remained at freezing temperature. The check-in was grsat and the gentleman that handled it was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
