「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. 「Very Clean and tidy, highly recomend」

「Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!」

「Room clean and well appointed. Had asked for ground floor room as I have mobility issues but not given but was immediately changed when asked about this. My friend was also changed so that we had next door rooms. I was cold during night but following morning was given extra duvet and maintenance came and showed me how to alter heating control. I had highered the bathroom floor heating instead of the room. Lovely continental breakfast. Very satisfied all round.」

「Everything was as we expected. Great staff, friendly bar and a great steak night. Not forgetting a fabulous breakfast. The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash!」
