Very comfortable place to stay. Staff is great, as are the delicious breakfasts. A great property! Hotel is convenient to many shops, including a great leather goods store, and “Its Good Kitchen”, an excellent and popular lunch and dinner spot.

We drove by and around its campus many times. They have some lovely gardens. I would like to explore their campus.

If you are looking for the Museum of Modern Art - don't go. It is closed and they only show students' work

The first time I have eaten Ramen was in Melbourne back in 2008. I loved it so much that I had it almost every day during my short stay in Australia.

How pleased was I when I serendipitously stumbled upon a restaurant in Chiang Mai that only serves Japanese Ramen! I've been there twice already...might go back again very soon.

I'm a lover of all sorts of Asian soups. My favourites are Vietnamese Pho, Thai roasted duck noodle soup and of course, Ramen. Ramen is a bit like the heavier version of Asian noodle soups. Almost like a winter warmer if you like...

Japan was not on the list to visit during this RTW trip...i'm slowly considering to squeeze it in...
