"Husband and I have been scratching our heads trying to think of something they could have done better. We had a great time. Bed was fantastic - so comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was really good. Location was ideal for everything - everywhere we wanted to go was ten minutes or less walking away. Interacted with quite a few staff and they were always very pleasant and efficient. We didn't have much of a view but we had booked a basic room and had factored that in. 100% happy."

"Good hotel in a great location and within walking distance of the shops, shows, pubs and harbour. Room was clean and a good size with a comfy bed. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was ample. Nice hotel and I would stay again, but parking was expensive at £20."

"Extremely noisy disco both night of stay, that meant I barely slept. A/C / heating that could only be controlled by ringing reception Buffet style breakfast was an unpleasant experience. Too busy, tables crammed together, cold food and basic choice. Low budget hotel chains are better. Instant coffee sachets in room and basic biscoff biscuits Tv with basic channels Positives - comfortable pillow, useful brolly dispenser, large room Will not be booking a return trip unfortunately"

"Stayed for one night , was ideal close to shopping and bars. The hotels bed itself was ok but the pillows were paper thin and the bed was on wheels so you could feel yourself moving whilst leaning against the headboard but apart from this we had a peasant stay"
