"Nice hotel, great lobby area and restaurant. Good size bedroom ,good amenities , friendly staff and good housekeeping . Overall, it’s a great location convenient to the metro, coffee shops and restaurant and walking distance to all of the attractions downtown more or less 2o-25 min"

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and room was small but nice. The location is right in the heart of Georgetown with restaurants and shops easily accessible. Other conveniences less accessible however. Although the room was comfortable and clean, decor lacked much appeal and there was no mini-fridge. "

"Certainly over rated on app. This is a tired-looking hotel from check-in area to rooms. Got a little catfished by the website pics, they certainly don’t show anything close to what we received. I would go elsewhere in the future."

"Great location and friendly staff, but unbearably hot room. We knew ahead of time and brought 2 fans from home, but still uncomfortable (mid 80s at beginning of April). Not enough storage for items. No screens on the windows that we needed to keep open for some kind of air flow (thank goodness no bugs yet). Very odd smell in room from cleaning products we assume. If looking for a suite for bigger family on a budget, it is a safe (loud) area, but we won't stay here on our next DC trip."
