「There were stains in the sheets and the tub wouldn’t drain. When moved to another room had the same problems.」

「I hated the the place rapid with bed bugs, they knew about a mold problem that presented mold and we had to request another room because I am allergic to mold as well as they never came in to clean anything or replace towels etc... The worst I have ever been to!」

「Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

「Had to stay overnight in Johnson City recently for an event at ETSU. chose this property due to the fact it was rated Excellent on Expedia, and it was fairly cheap. Upon arrival, I immediately knew I’d been duped. The grounds are not kept up at all. Not a bad sign when the outside looks like an abandoned building. The check in was fine, but upon entering the room you are met with humidity along the lines of a tropical rain forest. Imagine old, aging window unit AC that isn’t properly...

「It was a good value, its an older hotel that has some updates. The room was clean, but there are lingering smells of an old hotel. No bugs, quiet, and clean sheets/towels - that's a win in my book! This was a 1 night stay on a weekend.」
