Castles in Cherokee County

Staff is topnotch! They are so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Hotel is very nice and clean. The outdoor area is a perfect way to unwind after a long roadtrip. We loved it so much we continue to come back whenever possible.

Breakfast and rhe room was great

Excellent experience - Althea at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. We were here due to a hurricane and everyone treated us so kindly. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will be back - super comfortable, very clean, good breakfast, easy parking ...everything you need!

It was great! Woman behind the desk was super helpful. Accepted a package I had shipped for business and it went smoothly. Super clean.

I stay here every time I visit my daughter. Nice facilities.

We were a family of 5 traveling for spring bteak and stayed here for the nite. This was the best hotel of all our stops! The staff was so nice to us and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy and clean!

The facility was clean with no objectionable odors. Lights, appliances and plumbing all functioned as they should. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The TV remote actually worked and was not sticky or grungy.

Good place

Did not have breakfast we left too early. The bed was great!

It was great. Room was clean, and staff was very helpful!

All I really need is clean and this place was clean bathroom was spotless bed was comfy.

As a business traveller for the past 12 years I would rank this hotel very close to the top of my list.

Great place and very clean

Very nice for the price

Very convenient location near Twin Creeks Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Appliances including washer and dryer worked (didn’t use stove) and beds were comfortable. Power was off briefly the day we were packing up to leave, but came back on. Not sure why since it was nice outside. I would recommend staying here if in town.

when we got there they couldn't find our reservation, come to find out I had made the reservation for the next week end. The girls at the front desk were great as they were able to honer my non refundable reservation by changing a few things in the computer. The room was very clean & comfortable. It looked as if they had just remodeled the whole motel. Breakfast was typical with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and other stuff. There is a Shoney's & a Race Track convenience store right in front of...

Very nice staff! Nice and quiet for relaxation. No complaints! Housekeepers were very friendly and front desk even upgraded our room for us!
