「Our stay was disappointing due to poor professionalism and lack of basic customer service. Staff were not courteous and often appeared annoyed when we made simple requests. We had to repeatedly ask for pillows, and it took five days to receive a working safe. Basic amenities should not require constant follow-up.The jacuzzi takes about 30 minutes to warm up, yet management never informed us. 「Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. 」
