Ne vous fiez pas au nom de l’établissement: ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence, le SPA vous sera facturé 30€ pour 1h30 et comme vous n’aurez pas prévu non plus de claquettes de piscine, vous en serez pour 7€ supplémentaires! Les logements sont rudimentaires, les équipements franchement rudimentaires et si vous n’avez pas accès au SPA comme ce fut notre cas, ne comptez pas sur la TV pour vous diverir

Bon air, randonnées, spa, bon accueil. L'hôtel est très bien tenu, les gens sont agréables et très serviable. Les studios de castel sont vastes, lumineux et bien équipés. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les chiens gentils sont les bienvenus. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Image sur le site trompeuses ! Déjà j'ai appelé pour savoir comment sa ce passe si l'on arrive plus tard que 18h, on me répond que ce sera plus difficile pour avoir les clés du logement, je demande jusqu'à quelle heure on peut arriver car nous avions des choses de prévu et un peu de route on me dit 21h maximum car après sa va très compliqué ! Bref nous avons donc fait un aller retour rapide pour récupérer les clefs.(Heureusement que la personne de l'accueil était plus sympathique que celle au téléphone...) Enfin sa commençait bien !!! Ce n'est pas du tout l'hôtel auquel on s'attendait!! Même pas de piscine comme il est indiqué (ou moyennant 30€/2h/ personne). Sur les prospectus de bienvenue il est écrit que des dosettes a café sont offertes mais nous ne les avons jamais trouvé ! Tête de lit arraché, poil un peu partout dans la baignoire, prise qui ne tiennent pas et presque arraché, poussière et mouton partout... (Malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre des photos car l'application doit avoir un problème) Bref l'accueil est belle et tape a l'oeil sauf que nous avons été emmené dans l'hôtel en face de la route (vieille hôpital, ou EHPAD...) Franchement très très déçu car pour le tarif du 4 étoile c'est un peu du foutage de gueule !!! Seul point positif le logement est grand, mais il faut faire le ménage 😅

Une bonne adresse

Établissement composé d'appartements de 45 m2 biens agencés et équipés. Le restaurant est très agréable où les mets sont bons. Le spa est très beau et agréable (ouvert du jeudi au dimanche). N'hésitez pas pour une nuit, quelques jours où pour faire une cure thermale.

2 jours au coin d'aubrac

Accueil chaleureux, personnel très disponible et agréable. Une 1ère experience au Pole detente balneo agréable et très apaisante dans un cadre spacieux et parfaitement tenu. Restauration de qualité dans une belle salle. Le studio au Par était confortable et propre mais mériterait un rafraîchissement au niveau deco et plomberie (bruits stridents et coups de bélier). Nous sommes néanmoins globalement très satisfaits.

Séjour au Coin d'Aubrac à Chaudes-Aigues

L'appartement est très confortable, spacieux avec un grand balcon. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Le linge de maison était compris dans notre séjour. De plus l'accueil de notre chien pour 10€ durant le séjour était fort sympathique. Possibilité de manger au restaurant au RdC de la résidence et aussi de réserver et d'emporter des plats par manger dans l'appartement. En résumé nous avons passer un très bon séjour à Chaudes-Aigues.

Bon séjour, très bon restaurant avec une petite carte pour le menu . La viande d'aubrac excellente. Nous n'avons pas pu goûter le poisson car il y avait pas eu d'arrivage .
