"The hotel had a lot of charm and surprises with a great view of the Da'an Park. Breakfasts were delicious with so many great choices. Tea-time snacks and evenings with fruit and treats were a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a variety of things including navigating and finding places to go. "

"Although the hotel has an excellent location, it remains held back by the same issues I’ve noted for years. The rooms are very dated and in desperate need of a deep clean. Additionally, the front desk staff could be much more welcoming; the service feels cold and indifferent. I keep coming back for the location, but the property is showing its age."

"Staff was extremely helpful, very understanding of everything had great suggestions of stuff to eat or do. They held my baggage for me until my flight and was a breeze to get in and out. Very close to the metro station. My only gripe is that the sound proofing could be a bit better, you can sometimes hear door slamming in the hallway. Altogether still a great stay and would stay again"
