"We really liked the place. It was very different to any hotel we stayed before. The service was excellent and staff were all helpful. We had lounge access, and the lounge was quite lounge and atmospheric, like a library. We also were given access to the restaurant for dinner, which we didn't expect. Breakfast was also good with lots of choices. The room - deluxe suite king room, was spacious, clean, had a free minibar, had their own AI assistant and very cosy. The location is also very good and close to the main train station. The hotel was next to Q Mall, if you like shopping. We would definitely stay there if find ourselves in Taipei again. Next time, we'll make sure to get a reservation for Le Palais, the 3 star Michelin restaurant in the hotel, which was fully booked during our stay."
