「I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself...

Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest.」
