「Parking was easy and the room was clean. I found that the white towels were quite gray and some were actually stained. I think the towels could use replacing. I have recommended Rodeway in the past, but I am a bit hesitant now because of the shabby towels. Respectfully 」

「I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend...
