「Picture showed waffle maker-danishes and yogurt with coffee and juice was breakfast. Hallways had a terrible odor, floor was coated in dirt, long hair in the bathroom, shower sprayed everywhere, and red stains consistent with possible beg bugs on the white sheets. 」
「It had 3 elevators so we didn't have to stand around waiting!!! Excellent food choices. Room setup with kitchen was fantastic, though didn't use most of it, we were surprised that we did find needs for a plate, knife for the leftover pizza, etc. Pull out table, couch, curtain, 2 queen beds...pretty great!」
「I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend.
They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :)

「We enjoyed our stay. I booked two rooms. Very spacious and had 2 bathrooms in each room. It made it easy to use restrooms with family of 5. Staffs are nice and professional. Coffee machine in the hallway and it was good. 」
