"The best thing about this property is the view and essentially that is what you are paying for. Waking up everyday to the gorgeous ocean and Mountain View was magnificent. You're right across the street from the airport so it's very convenient location but you can hear the planes taking off but it's not too bad though. My room was near where a lot of cats hangs out so as soon as I opened my door it smelled like an old litter box even though it's outside air I'm inhaling. The hot water doesn't last long at all but I assume that's an island issue. There were 4 people in my room that had two double beds but we only had towels for 2 people on the first day and when I tried to get more towels, they said they were out of towels and had neither bath or beach towels. The property has a lot of potential and it's disappointing to see it's not being used to the fullest. "

"The room was very nice. Our first floor balcony was right on the beach. The staff was wonderful and the grounds are pretty. Location was really close to Charlotte Amalie. 5 minutes from airport. The planes were not a bother at all. Brewers beach is 5 minutes away and a great beach."

"Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. The casino/bar/restaurant is so small and the air conditioning was blasting. There is barely any seating. I can't speak to the menu or food because we walked in, looked around, and walked right back out. Our room had the smallest "queen"

"The rooms are very old and dingy. The shower was sort of gross and floor was peeling. The AC worked good and the bed was comfortable so those two things met our needs but this is not a hotel I will ever come back to. Location was a plus but just be prepared this hotel needs work done on its rooms. "

"We love Olga’s Fancy! When I am in St. Thomas, that is where I am staying. It is convenient and the best value by far."
