「Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided. Breakfast was available every morning around 8:30 am and consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt and home made muffins and baked goods. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful new porch on the front of the building that we enjoyed every evening...

「The Yankee Peddler gave us a perfect stay for a few relaxing days in Newport. The room was comfortable, quiet and attractive, the staff were friendly and informative, the continental breakfast was superb (broad, healthy and attractive), the location is an easy, safe 4-block walk to the waterfront (we didn't use the car once during our stay), and the free city buses stop right at the front door. Staff gave us great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Our stay was totally enjoyable.」
