「Clean and classy」

「Staff was courteous and spaces were newly remodeled」

「Room had dog food on the floor from previous tenants. The metal thing under the bed is uncalled for . The floor from pool all the way to the 2nd floor was soaking wet from people coming out of the pool. No wet floor signs . 」

「Room was filthy sheets were gross customer service at the front desk was impossible to get and then when you did get somebody to answer the phone or let you in the office, they were rude and would not accommodate, would not give towels or toiletries or even clean sheets」

Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge...

「The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. 」

「The night staff was very friendly, and helpful in recommending local eateries. The room was a hotel room. Not great, not bad. A room is a room. It was clean. It had a microwave and a mini fridge. The bed and pillows were fine. I never made it to the pool, or hot tub. Breakfast was a bit lacking to other hotel chains. Waffles, cereal, bread, yogurt and some fresh fruit. Not much in the way of protein. Parking was free, safe, and illuminated. The area was safe, and I could not hear the highway...
