I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean and the property seemed well looked after, including the pool. Coffee was available all day in the breakfast bar area and breakfast was included in the AM. The hotel staff and Manager were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

It was ok for a one night stay. The check in & out persons were "just there". Not hateful but not not overly friendly. Nice pool. Eggs at breakfast tasted "different". Not bad just different from normal scrambled eggs. Room was clean with nice little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Do not book this hotel and pay for it in advance because they will make you pay twice when you get there because they say they don’t get their money for over 30 days so you have to pay when you get there and then file a complaint with Hotels.com it’s definitely a scam they’re running

Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.

The property & room were very clean and fresh. Although our hallway smelled like cigarettes, the odd smell never entered our room. Members of the staff were very friendly & breakfast was constantly refreshed. Overall, we felt very safe and the location was excellent, with restaurants and shopping in the same vicinity. It was perfectly located for us, between Columbus and Cleveland.

It is close to the exit but not right on the main strip so noise was not an issue. Rooms are somewhat sound proof depending on how close to the exits your room is. I wasn't comfortable with the fact the outside side door did not have a locking mechanism.
