「Woke up at 4am to a bed bug infestation requested a refund staff said she was unable due to the manager not being there and she can’t call the manager that early and it being her day off she is unable to contact her me and my family didn’t have a good night slleeep why should」

「Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left.」

「Just a quick stay. Mostly just needed somewhere to sleep. It was perfect for that. Not much more.」

「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.」

「The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel could use some updating but we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.」

「The lobby room was very clean although the bathroom there which is also the breakfast area bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The breakfast was only cereal, milk, apples, packaged muffins, apple juice, coffee, tea. The room was well cleaned and no bugs!!! Worth staying there just for that aspect. We got a lower level room and it was moldy smelling but we don't regret staying there because the price was the best we could find, location was great.」

「Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent"」

「The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family.
