"I didn’t go because I was sick! And I’m upset I didn’t get some kind of a refund. "

"All was great-staff, breakfast, room, quietness, location. Only thing that made us upset was finding out that since we were staying a whole week, we had to let housekeeping come in after 3 days to clean the room. Tried to prevent that happening but lost that battle."
