「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「The strobe light from the fire alarm was very disruptive and bothered both my son and me during our first night. I informed the staff about the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address it. As a result, we had difficulty sleeping on both nights of our stay. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very courteous and pleasant.」

「👍」

「close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping」

Super recomendado !」

「This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights. This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation...
