"I loved my stay here. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was positive. Abdulla was able to get me into my room early without any notice as I rolled in on very little sleep. I stayed in a single room. It was comfortable and clean, and the natural light from the window made it feel big enough for what I needed. I’m assuming some rooms do not have a window based on the layout and location of rooms. There is some street noise that I had no issue sleeping though, but if you would rather no window for less noise, an internal room might suit you better. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great and within walking distance of most major sites. I walked everywhere, but it is also close to the tube if you want to venture a bit further."

"Stayed here as a family of four with two kids after an overnight flight from the US to the UK. We tried contacting the hotel in advance about early check-in but got no response. At arrival, we were told to wait as our room wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting about two hours in the lobby with no updates or apology, even after checking with the front desk twice. Other guests were getting their rooms right away, and we were the only ones left waiting, which was frustrating. The front desk was annoyed by me asking if the room was ready or not. Also, the hotel has a metro station entrance directly in the building, which wasn’t clear from the Expedia listing and is not something I would have chosen."

"The property was fantastic for myself and my friend doing the half marthon. So conveniently positioned in the heart of London. We did struggle a bit without a window or hair dryer but we got used to it. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money."

"Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent."

"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."

"I was upgraded - thank you! The room was perfectly clean and due to the upgrade I had snacks included which was a nice surprise! It was also very quiet especially with how central it was! "

"We stayed on the Garden side of the hotel. It was a very nice room. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was very quiet from street noise and the view from the 4th floor was nice, overlooking the river and The Eye. There was a lot of happy but noisy young people in the early nighttime hours in the Garden, but that didn't bother us. The only major issue we had was a lack of hot water on the weekend. It might be warm for a minute and then went cold. We didn't have any problems on the week days."
