「If your looking for a night to rest only for cheap and old then this it . Breakfast was coffee..juice..toast...cereal...pancakes ...not alot of choices and it only from 6am to 9am which I found very short time frame. Need updated badly and more variety for breakfast.」

「Upon checking in there was no body soap in the container in the bathroom. Rooms are very small, with 4 people in the room. The breakfast in the morning was good.」

「The first day was not so good. Was put in an accesible king room for handicapped. Smelled musty & made my allergies asthma bad. Requested another room which was better.」

「You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson...

「Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.」

「Very friendly and accommodating staff. I stayed in a king suite. Very clean room and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and very attentive and sociable staff, keeping tables clean, restocking food items, coffee, milk. Etc.」

「The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.」
