Cleaner and the lady preparing the breakfast are the only ones who do their best … waste, as the hotel is too old and not maintained at all! All 3 receptionists do not care at all. Do not spend your hard earned money with this hotel… significant downgrade to your visit to the beautiful Coln!!"
