Having stayed here a number of times previously, the Hyatt Regency was my first choice, and as ever didn't disappoint. Its an excellent hotel, breakfast is superb, and the staff a delight. If I have to voice one criticism, the cost of guest parking has become excessive.

Great hotel. Very central location. Whereby there are some strange characters very near the hotel. Sometimes feels a little bit unsafe. Room is very small. Should be bigger for a high price hotel. friendly staff mostly. Lounge staff overloaded and inefficient.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean and ina great location. The reason i did not give excellent for mh rting was that i booked a room with 2 queen beds as we are a family of 4 but upon arrival they would not allow 4 in the room and we had to book another room. Thid had never been an issue in North America so i had not expected this. The hotel gave us a family rate on the 2nd room but it was still an unexpected cost we werent happy about incurring.

We were impressed how beautiful spotless and well organized it was. Employees were so helpful and friendly. Unbeatable location. I would say it’s a world class Hotel with world class service. We have traveled a lot throughout the world and stayed in many excellence hotels but this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed so far.

Excellent stay with family, including 3 children under age of 12. Interconnecting rooms, which the children loved. Swimming pool functional and welcoming for families. Staff friendly at all times. Excellent location for both exploring city & travelling to/from airport by train

Loved our stay here! Totally worth it and one of our best hotel stays ever! (And we travel alot). I went with my husband, we had the river facing room and the view was breath taking! The weekend we went it was too busy so their parking was full (they have 300 rooms and 80 parking spots), but their concierge named Jaan helped us and valet parked our car in another garage that is tied up with the hotel and is safe. We were overall very happy with the service. The hotel definitely looks 5 star. Cant wait to visit again!
