「We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! 「We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!」
