「Hotel is located in town center, about 15- 20 mins walk from pier. Everything of the hotel is just OK, people may have higher expectation because it is a Parador. And service is poor, I was treated rudely when a staff delivered a hot water to my room (There was no kettle in room). 」

「Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ordinary. Pool clean - service very good. Room very noisy - day and night because of the outside traffic. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert.」

「Deuxième séjour dans cette hôtel mais celui-ci ne vaut plus un 5 étoiles. J’ai payé pour une suite vue Lagoune. Les réceptionnistes m’ont donnés une suite vu sur les toits/ parking et les camions poubelle. Même si je me suis plaint à plusieurs reprises ils trouvaient à chaque fois une excuse. Je n’y reviendrai plus. Trop chère pour ce que c’est.」

「New and modern hotel in a newly constructed area in the Nador area. The staff were pleasant and the studio-styled room was large, quiet, clean and accommodating. A hearty free breakfast was appreciated. The only issue was that the hotel needs to calibrate its location on Waze. It was a few hundred meters off its correct spot.」
